well i went to the hospital and because my blood pressure was 206 over 112 they kept me there. I scored a 13 out of 16 so they had a nurse stay with me over night. 16 means the highest you can get in a behavioral state of mind. then I walked back from there to here. Still hating life. I have 18 prescriptions cannot get filled that sucks. keep n touch

Hi Amy, here is a list of meds I need to take daily and I have 18 different prescriptions and yet cannot get these filled. Now these are signed prescriptions from medical doctors why can't anyone see I have medical issues? there is a reason I have to take these meds they are all from three different medical doctors, if they can see a problem why can't Crime Victims or DSHS

Wanted to check in and see how things are going today. Sounds like its been an up and down week for you. Any word from Evelyn regarding your GAU status?
Glad you were able to see Gayle this week. I know your sessions with her are a source of strength for you.

Well I went to the Dr. office this morning and my blood pressure was 186 0ver 105. When the Dr. came in and read those results she automatically check my breathing. she gave me four new prescriptions included in those was two for depression another for my high blood pressure and one for insomnia. all these I can get at Wal-mart for 4.00 a piece, I do not have even 4.00 for one. How my life sucks right now. I then went down to DSHS and copied those scripts and left them for Evelyn to have. She holds the key to me getting better or killing myself. I am at the 85% level right now that my I will not get better so why should I put you and others in it anymore. I don't deserve and in this State I am not a worthy Citizen. Very Suicidal right now and why not?

What's the word on Evelyn and your GAU application? What is the next step?

Were you able to get your prescriptions filled?

Hi Amy, No I have not gotten my scripts filled, no I have not talk to Evelyn but have left messages. I went to see Gail yesterday and I am on my way to see my doctor for my health. I went to the hospital for records about a hernia in which I never had and they are going to send me the records. This is what Julie is talking about. It was a gall bladder taken out because i had pains in my stomach caused from PTSD.

Hi Amy, I went to the Clinical Psychologist this morning and took the MMPI-2 report in Dr. Lawrence H. Moore PH.D Office. He is a neuro-psychologist. He knows who you are and i ask him if it were alright for you to have contact with him to talk about me, he said that would be fine. His number is 360-693-3716 and fax# 360-727-8269..
So if you want to e-me the proper paper work I could sign it and fax it back to you through the DSHS office. The above link is that of MMPI-2 web site..

Hi Ric.

So, I was able to speak to someone at the Clark County Prosecutor's Office regarding your time as a witness in the Constantine trial. According to Annette Huss and Mary Todd, each witness is eligible to receive $10 and reimbursement for mileage. That is the extent of "payment" for witness activities in Clark County. If you never received your $10 or mileage reimbursement, you will need to go to the Clerk's Office and they can get you squared away.

It's not the answer you were looking for, but it's what we got. I'm curious if you are connected to any DSHS services? Did you mention GA-U? If not, this might be a viable resource.

Hi Amy, Well on Friday i went to my appointment and took my laptop with me. When Dr. Moore ask me what i have been up to since he last seen me I showed him the letter I sent with pictures of exactly what i have been through. I also let him see what you and i have been exchanging in the terms of emails. He read it all was impressed I believe in the way iI had written my letters. He was the one who said last year i was able to work, that was before I had went to Station Two and they dianoised me with PTSD and Major depression. He ask me if I had printed this out and I told him I had sent it to about 200 parties within the US, so I believe someone out there printed it out.I told him i want to go back to work and could probably work a day or two but like Gail says its going to take a few years to get back to being normal, but what is normal, right? I have to go in a 9:20 tomorrow for a MPP test about 2 hours. So then I get a letter from Evelyn telling me I am going to get cut of from my food stamps this month also because she does not know where I am. She has not tried calling me and I made my appointments what the hell.

Hello Amy,
Last night I was given a 20 day notice because I cannot pay my rent. All weekend I worked around this place and for nothing just like everything else I try to do its all for nothing. I really tried, you or no-one else might not think so but anyone who knows me, knows that I am the hardest worker ever known to man kind. They also know I will not lie to or for you or steal anything from anyone. they will tell you 99.9 % of the things that come out of my mouth is real I can't even tell a joke and this is why I have no friends. My friends are all elderly person's who have been taken advadage of and I have stop that in their lives, because I am to honest.people don't come around these people to do that to them like before. And for being like this, this is what I have to live like. I need meds I need to know that I am going to be alright I don't feel like that anymore. Please let everyone know that I am going to to the hospital this morning after the weather clears up, before I in up in the morg.
