You can't tell me...

Hi Mayor, I have done everything that you ask me to. I went down to the Crime Victim/Witness Program here in Clark County and was told to e-mail Amy Harlan and tell her what my needs were, the lady then gave me her e-mail address and I left City Hall. I have tried over and over again to get a hold of her and it wasn't until I explain to Amy that I knew a City Council member and would address the situation with him about her not contacting me as she directed me to that she emailed me back and ask me to e-mail her my last e-mails explaining what I had wanted. I did again as she directed me to and this is what I get from her boss.

Dear Mr. Castellanos:
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that you are no longer licensed or privileged to enter or remain on the premises of the Domestic Violence Prosecution Center, located at the Vancouver City Hall.

In addition, I am advising you to have no further communication of any kind with Ms. Amy Harlan, Shari Jensen, or Ms Mindy Lamberton, who are affiliated with the Center or this office. Their services to you have been concluded and they are in no position to assist you further.

If you have any questions about services available to you through this office in the future please direct them to me in writing at the address indicated below.

Very truly yours,

Dennis M. Hunter
Chief Criminal Deputy
Clark County Prosecuting Attorney

Dear Mr.Dennis Hunter,
Today I went to the courtroom for DV's and as I sat in this courtroom I noticed a lady introducing herself as a Crime Victim Advocate. She tells this gentleman that the case is to be heard in Camas and that she would not be able to help him because they do not have an Advocate in the City of Camas. she turned and went and sat down. I approached this man and told him to call 211 and also told him that Crime Victim/Witness Program was a 50 State all County Program and that he would be helped if he called that 211 number. He thank me and I sat back down. I went there to see exactly what I seen. I see this woman getting ready to leave so I get up and wait for her in the hallway. I ask her name she told me and I introduced myself by who I was. I tell her what I had done and also explained to her about the 211 number and the laws. Now Mr. Hunter are you going to tell me that if you do not live in Vancouver you as a victim of a crime are not going to get help? Hell I lived in Vancouver and and I did not get help, so why worry about someone in the City of Camas right? I thought I would pass on this info so it proves to others I was right all along. Now you going to tell me I cannot go to the Courthouse.

Respectfully,
ricci castellanos

I have done everything ask of me only to get these parties to turn me away. This is their job to help Victim's of crimes as well as any Witness's to a crime and because of my being one of the each I do not believe in my mind they have a right to through me as well as other's in the same situation to the curb like they have. The above letter was sent to my home address and signed in a blue ink by Dennis M. Hunter. He has no right telling me where I can and can't go. I was ask to e-mail these parties and because they cannot do their job right they expect me who has no education to be part of a street sweepers clean-up.
Now this goes to show you these people all along refuse to help me. I cannot get any help at all from the Crime Victim/Witness Program here in CC or from anywhere else in the State of Washington. And it is not about me alone, what about all the hundreds of other's who do not have access to a computer or the street smart as I do let alone the patient. Please get back to me asap..
thank you again

Also mayor on the three felonies I was involved in (which are listed below) you will notice that there are not fines to be paid there is not restitution to be paid, there is not no-contacts except for Williams in which is not in order because it was never delivered, this is reason why the Crime Victim/Witness program here in Clark County does not work. They are not doing their jobs. they say the program is paid for by the offender well as you can see in three cases above no monies went anywhere not even to the courts. Probation is not enough. You as Mayor must look into this as I as an Advocate for Victims/Witness's will not stop my campaign and will use every name that is responsible for this in my campaign to assure THE CITIZENS of this area including the Portland OR area that are protected and not let down by the corruption of their own.
Sincerely, Ricci C. Castellanos
