The Right to Know...

Amy Harlan, I feel it only right that you knew the people that I have used your name as well as the office you work for in my letters. You cannot say you do not know me or even heard of me for I have not only seen you stood next to you and even said hi to you and you do give the meaning of looks can be deceiving a true meaning. I have sent you what you ask for and yet you never got back to me and that is coming on a week now. Pass around Pass around here we go again right? At least I let you know who is talking about you, can you not do the same and hey what about having a face to face and quit all the bullshit maybe you'll see a person you could to go to when you need something I could help with, and I do it out of HEART, yea you might even like me.
Victim/Witness Program in Clark County needs to be REMINDED of these RIGHTS and use them for Victim/Witness's who are in need of these services.
Washington State Constitution: Article I - Section 35:
"Effective law enforcement depends on cooperation from victims of crime. To ensure victims a meaningful role in the criminal justice system and to accord them due dignity and respect, victims of crime are hereby granted the following basic and fundamental rights."

* Right to be Present
* Right to be Heard



* Right to Compensation and Restitution
* Right to Have a Victim Advocate Present
* Right to Protection



* Right to Records
* Additional Rights for Child Victims
* Additional Rights for Dependent Persons
Being a witness to a high profile crime here in CC i was never given the rights of a witness. The Defendant was sent to prison for 53 years, the Prosecutor's Office still do not give me protection under this law. Three months later I became a Victim of a Felony Domestic Violence again never was the office here in CC for Victims/Witness give me a chance to get help. I was never notified of court dates or was I ever given a chance to receive restitution from the offender. Next day I was hit by a Robber driving a Chevy Blazer weighing 4108lbs coming out of a store and at first he was charged with three felonies, later had them dropped.
But let one of their personal have their leg bruised by a table being tossed and weighing 100lbs this offender gets a third strike. I believe this office or program they call Victim/Witness for the CC area is Corruption against myself and other's and if you have been a Victim/Witness to a crime Speak-Up if not for yourself do it for the innocent Bodies that in any given moment can fall into this kind of situation.
